Which types of counseling services do you offer?
As described elsewhere, I offer my clients a variety of services that are suited to the different challenges that we face as we mature across the spectrum of personal development. They include these different counseling approaches and programs:
- Somatic Counseling (body-oriented) - individual sessions, groups, and workshops) for profound personal growth.
- Existential / Authenticity Counseling - training in life skills that enhance your experience of living with personal authenticity.
- Transpersonal Counseling - to integrate of our spiritual nature and spiritual experience.
- Hypnotherapy - for relief of specific ailments, especially those that are psychosomatic in origin.
- Classes, Groups & Workshops - on topics related to personal growth, meditation, qigong, and self-hypnosis.

* Although I do not regularly schedule sessions on the weekend, for the convenience of my clients who travel from afar, I can schedule weekend multiple-session intensives.
Telephone Sessions
I offer the possibility of telephone counseling to residents of Oregon. Given interstate restrictions on counseling by telephone, I am available to work by telephone with non-Oregon residents as a personal growth mentor and educator.
What are your fees?
My fees are affordable. Even so, I offer individual appointments, groups, and workshops on a sliding scale.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
I receive payments by personal check, cash, and Paypal. Clients can make payments by credit card and debit card to my Paypal account.

Do you accept insurance?
Generally my services are not covered by insurance. There are a very few exceptions. A very few insurance companies will cover hypnosis treatment for certain conditions. Typically this requires that the hypnosis treatment be recommended by a doctor. However you may receive a 100% IRS Tax Credit for the cost of your smoking cessation program and weight loss program. For further information about the IRS tax credit, select IRS Tax Credit on the left panel.
Cancellation Policy
I request that if it is necessary for you to cancel an appointment or workshop registration, you please do so at least 24 hours ahead of time. Otherwise you will be charged. Of course, exceptions are made for cancellations due to medical reasons. Group fees are charged by the month, irrespective of your attendance.
Lending Library
As a support for the personal growth of my clients, I offer a lending library of books of psychological, self-help, and spiritual interest.
